Before I had the wrong vision, indeed, I never really questioned our vision. I have learned how to have the difficult conversations with the poor performers and manage people accordingly. I have identified and introduced productivity measures giving an overview on performance both individually and at team level. In tandem, I have implemented a new stock management system which has improved our fitters’ productivity.
