5 Ways to Engage
When engaging with our DO consulting arm, we help you to meet your organisational development goals and improve the performance of your organisation and individuals/teams within it.
We do this through offering you company-wide access to our How-To range of resources, or by helping you create business plans or assist in developing employee engagement. We provide coaching, mentoring and Non-Executive Director services as well as supporting senior management teams to create a consistent leadership style and implement values across an organisation.
There are five ways to engage with us:
1. In-person: with a focus on bespoke courses and programmes, business planning, coaching and mentoring, Non-Executive Director and Trustees services.
2. Online courses: opening up a new world of opportunities for you, your team and everyone in your organisation with a range of online courses with virtual or in-person support.
3. How-To: extensive e-learning library with over 100 bite-size digital assets that offer a truly versatile way to build an engaged organisation where leaders, managers and colleagues can access digital models, techniques and step-by-step guides whenever they need.
4. SkillBuild: an organisational development framework for businesses with 7 Skill Levels. The levels range from a junior / apprentice through skilled worker to team leader, manager and ultimately to the senior leadership team and fit with wider adult education and development.
5. DigiTools: a range of digital tools including YourView employee engagement survey, PULSE survey, Making A Difference (MAD) ideas management, Planning2Win business planning simulation, leadership style and team surveys, recognition system, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Configurator, Good Dividends Business Evaluation tool, Peer and 360 Feedback surveys, Learning styles questionnaires and so much more.
Each of these 5 ways of working can be offered as a standalone service or combined with others to ensure an integrated approach.
