PULSE from QuoLux™ is a short, anonymous employee feedback survey that Small-Medium Business (SMB) leaders can run monthly or quarterly to track engagement, spot team hotspots and measure the impact of their actions between annual surveys.
For SMB leaders, staying connected to how your people really feel can be the difference between catching a culture problem early and facing a retention crisis later. PULSE from QuoLux™ gives you that connection - a regular, anonymous temperature check across your whole organisation that keeps you informed and enables faster, more confident decisions.
With only 10% of UK employees actively engaged at work, the gap between what leaders think is happening and what employees actually experience can be significant. PULSE closes that gap. Run monthly or quarterly, it provides a consistent feedback loop that lets you benchmark progress, spot hotspots across teams and departments, and link changes directly to actions you've taken.
Unlike a one-off survey, PULSE is designed to build a habit of listening - and employees who feel heard are more engaged, more committed and more likely to stay. Research consistently shows that employees want to share feedback more regularly than annual surveys allow.
Used alongside the annual YourView survey, PULSE gives leaders a complete picture: YourView sets the baseline and identifies the priorities; PULSE tracks whether the actions you take are making a difference.
When leaders make employee feedback part of how they lead - not just something they do once a year - the results speak for themselves: stronger culture, higher engagement, better performance.

The aim of PULSE is to help you to get better at what you do. There are 20 PULSE points designed to measure what matters including the key metric of employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).
You have three PULSE survey options:
1. PULSE BP (Best Practice) survey – 20 best practice questions mapped against 20 PULSE points
2. PULSE Heart containing 5 core questions at the heart of an organisation’s performance plus the opportunity to select what other questions are most relevant
3. PULSE Freeform survey giving you complete freedom to select relevant questions drawn from a bank of statements.
4. PULSE X - different to employee feedback, PULSE X is a fast, powerful way to understand what your customers really think, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
All statements use the Likert Scale: strongly disagree, disagree, neither agree or disagree, agree, strongly agree.
All PULSE surveys provide the option to have results split by team / department / function / site.
The percentage of people who engage with each PULSE survey is recorded.
